What's up guys we're back again with another video and today I'm going to be showing you guys my full mobility calisthenics routine that helped me stay injury for over 1 years now.

All you're going to need is a band and a pull-up bar to start.

The majority of these exercises will focus on the shoulders, back, hip, wrists, and legs. Having an all-around mobile and flexible body will benefit you in all aspects of your workouts providing you the longevity you need to continue working out.
