How to Kill Characters in Creative Writing

Killing off characters doesn't make a story better by default, but character deaths can add a lot of flavor and can be essential in the writing of some stories. But the topic of how to kill of characters is a heckin chonker of a topic, that spans a whole range of writing categories. So here's a nice long video. A comprehensive guide on how to kill characters and write character death scenes. As per usual my experience is mostly in writing books, but I tried to keep this as general as possible so if you're a screenwriter or video game writer, hopefully, you'll find some helpful writing advice and tips in this video.
