La pasta viene convogliata tramite un nastro ai cilindri
laminatori che sono rettificati e cromati e infine trattati
con una particolare operazione di lucidatura che
favorisce un ottimale distacco della pasta dagli
stessi.

This moulder is suitable for producing several types

“filette”.
Thanks to a motorized conveyor belt, the dough is
conveyed to the rolling rectified cylinders of steel
