Perfect Box Joints - On A Small CNC

Crisp box joints look fantastic but cutting them out by hand has never been much fun and rarely looks as good as imagined. Small CNC machines are not typically set up to make box joints without some major modification. After some tinkering with my small 3040 CNC I made a jig and was able to cut super clean box joints without any round recesses at the corners. I used Inkscape and Jscut for the design and tool paths - both free programs. The video shows the process. Thanks for taking a look and as always feel free to comment or make suggestions.
