Seiko is a brand with a lot of history. They are certainly one of the larger watch manufacturers that have managed to straddle both the entry-level luxury watch market and the affordable watch market with relative ease. Wearing a Seiko you are literally wearing a part of horological history on your wrist. But is this one for you?

The blue dial is an absolute stunner, and is what originally attracted me to the watch. It certainly has a big presence on the wrist, with a whopping 45mm case diameter and a hefty 179g (sized for my wrist) it is anything but subtle. I love it, despite its flaws. What do you think?
