Jenny demonstrates how to make a stunning 60 degree triangle star quilt using 2.5 inch strips of precut fabric (jelly roll). For this quilt, she used "Kaffe Fassett Collective February 2021 Hot" 2.5" Strips by Kaffe Fassett for FreeSpirit Fabrics.

This quilt comes together quickly with easy strip sets that are sliced up with the Missouri Star 8" Equilateral 60 Degree Triangle Ruler. It's all straight sewing - no Y seams - but when you put everything together, you'll have these incredible hexagon stars that dance across the quilt!

This quilt has very little waste, and Jenny uses all the leftover bits to make a fun pieced strip on the back of the quilt!
