Kajabi allows creators to manage People in the People tab on an individual basis simply by clicking the contact's name.

The Member Pages ( or People Profile) found within Kajabi contains in-depth data about each member and their activity on your Kajabi site. These details include Lifecycle, Info, Purchases Made, Products Purchased, Notes (These are kept Private from the Member) and even the ability to add Tags, Segmentation of Contacts, Edit the Contact Details, Password Reset, ability to grand offers and ultimately the power to Delete a contact.

The People tab may be one of the most powerful resources found in Kajabi, making the platform an extremely useful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as well.

In the People Tab on Kajabi, Contacts refer to any person located in the People Tab. This can include current Subscribers, people who have Unsubscribed, people that have Purchased an Offer and those who have been granted an Offer on the platform.

Creators are able to learn more details about each contact simply by clicking their People Profile in the backend of Kajabi.

Kajabi refers to any user or contact that has completed a purchase or been granted an Offer as Members. Members have a star icon next to their names in the People Tab, which makes it very easy to identify those who have made a purchase or been granted an offer.
