Against a backdrop of the narcotics epidemic plaguing our society, Prohibited Life tells the story of a young man consumed by the dark world of drugs. Attempting to fill an unsatisfied void, he realizes the dangers of his addictions. With a now awoken conscious, he embarks on a spiritual path searching for inner peace.

This short film has bagged 5 prestigious international awards that include the winner of the Best First Time director Short Film and Best Indie Short Film award at the New York International Film Awards 2021, Best Experimental Short Film at the Istanbul Film Festival 2021, Best Debut Director at the Accord cine festival 2021 and Best 1st time Director for short" Special Jury Award" at the Europe-UK Film Festival.
