Switzerland Road Trip to Locarno, Ticino / Cute Bed & Breakfast

In the first part of our 2020 Switzerland road trip we visited Lake Lucerne and spent a night in the cute little town of Merlischachen in the canton of Schwyz.
In this episode we invite you to join us as we make our way down south through the Gotthard Tunnel on our way to Orselina, which is just outside of the city limits of Locarno, Ticino. Here we'll be staying at the wonderful "Case di Sotto House & Breakfast". Case di Sotto, House & Breakfast, are two typical Ticino houses that have been carefully and stylishly restored. Situated on a private road in a breath-taking panoramic position above Locarno-Ascona and the Lake Maggiore.
After getting settled in, it is time to head out for dinner at "Grotto Ticinese", a chalet-style restaurant with a large shaded garden & classic interior and a variety of local dishes like Polenta and local Charcuterie.
