Cuboid ADJUSTMENT - Manipulation made SIMPLE!

In this video Osteopath Jamie Archer explains the anatomy of the foot in particular the cuboid articulations. He then demonstrates adjustment and contact points for the cuboid bone in relation to the locomotor chain and disfunctions.

There are 26 bones in the foot and 33 joints. When joints don't move properly (fixated) the muscles fire improperly, the joints may suffer abnormal wear and tear, and Morton's Neuroma, Plantar Fasciitis, bone/heel spurs may occur. Spinal, knee and hip issues may also occur when the biomechanics of the feet are disfunctional.
