Beginner 'Rack Pull' Tutorial

This video shows you how to SET UP for the RACK PULL and some general guidelines to help you execute.
I use this video to help my online coaching clients better understand how to perform this exercise safely.
Reminder: Always start with a comfortable weight you feel that you can safely lift.
Bracing your CORE is imperative.
