Part 25 - Pagination in Angular Application with External Countries API (Rest-Countries)

This is Part 25 of a step by step tutorial on how to build a complete application using Angular, Node.js and PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
In this part, we would make an API call from Angular UI to an external API (Rest Countries). Then we'll be implementing pagination.
