When you think of having the most amount of fun, excitement and practicality, a small compact Japanese crossover doesn't always sound like the most prime candidate. However @MazdaUSA thinks differently and this is one of their best offerings yet. Utilizing potent performance from their Skyactiv 2.5L Turbocharged 4-Cylinder found in everything from the Mazda3 to the 3-Row CX-9 and dropping it into the smaller #CX5, the company has created a torquey, grippy and fun-to-drive crossover that feels just as much at home at the mall as it does on the windy roads to work. Combine that with a much sleeker, more athletic profile, a sporty but capable chassis and one of the most upscale interiors in the segment, it sounds like a perfect storm of ingredients.
