Faulty Sodastream Spirit won’t make pressure, valve faulty, leaking

Something is very wrong with the production of these units. Quality control needs to be addressed. I’ve had 3 units over the last two days and am yet to get a unit that isn’t faulty. First was a sodastream Jet model from Kmart. The release pressure valve was leaking at the thread. So it took longer than usual to charge and was wasting gas. The second unit also a Jet from Kmart was very very slow to charge. It also leaked gas. I decided to up spec as the Jet model is obviously very poor quality. I bought a Spirit from Harvey Norman. To my significant disappointment this one has problems also to the extent it will also be returned. The overpressure release valve leaks from a low pressure. I’ve used it 3 times and now the overpressure valve leaks so much it never makes enough pressure to “fart”. I’m very dissatisfied in the sodastream products. I’ve now had 3 faulty units in a row which has wasted significant time to keep returning. I also have a heap of useless accessories I’ve bought each time I’ve exchanged the unit thinking it must just be my bad and luck, however this experience has been disappointing. Do I return again and get another unit I ask myself? Surely this is the definition of insanity.
