Korean Cheese Corn Dog

Ingredients/ measurements
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons All purpose flour
1 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Baking powder

String cheese
Woooden skewers
1/2 cup all purpose flour to coat cheese
1-2 cups of Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup of sugar to sprinkle over corn dogs

Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together place in refrigerator 20-30 minutes just to chill.

1)Coat cheese with all purpose flour
2)dip in batter
3) roll in panko bread crumbs
4) fry
5) sprinkle with sugar
