This is the most EXCITING NEW PSVR 2 GAME of 2023 // Exclusive SYNAPSE PSVR 2 Gameplay

This new PSVR 2 game could be the FPS that the system desperately needs, Synapse is the newest VR shooter from NDreams and it impressed me in a big way when I recently went hands on with a demo build of the game; it's a shining example of exactly why VR gaming is so awesome! Synapse immediately feels like the spiritual successor to Fracked, another NDreams VR title that was packed with style and great mechanics but fell short on the overall runtime. Slick cover mechanics, RPG elements, punchy gunplay and some exceptionally cool VR telekinesis all merge in this new PSVR 2 exclusive to create an experience that feels only possible in VR, I can't imagine a game with this freedom of control over abilities and combat approaches ever working in a flatscreen game. One of the most fascinating things with Synapse is seeing how each player approaches the game, during my time at NDreams I witnessed multiple other creators and outlets go hands on with the demo and no two people played it the same. It's a VR FPS sandbox for combat creativity that looks visually stunning on the PSVR 2 and apparently runs at a far more respectable length than the studios previous effort Fracked (although I've had no confirmation of exact game length at this stage it was mentioned that testers had sunk 12hrs into the game and had not completed it).

This Synapse PSVR 2 gameplay was recorded on site at NDreams studio and is captured from a curated demo/beta experience for the upcoming VR game. I've left skill trees and unlockable abilities out of the video, I'll go more in depth about those at a later date, but believe me when I say Synapse is a lot deeper than it may first appear. Synapse launches exclusively for PSVR 2 on the 4th of July!
