Wilbert Awdry, Creator of Thomas, Honored with Blue Plaque

Reverend Wilbert Awdry, the man who created Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends, was honored with a blue plaque placed at his former home. It was presented by Historic England in the presence of his family.
