Age for Potty Training | When Should Your Child Stop Wearing Diapers | Best Age of Potty Training

Toilet training or potty training is a very important step in child development. There is no definite age for it but it should be tried after your child has started to understand things like susu and potty. Usually by the age of 18 months the baby is able to communicate and understand these things. The baby will start to show some signs before doing urination and potty. It is an indication that now your baby is ready to be trained. First the control of bladder comes then bowel control. It should be a gradual process and should not be a forced training. If the baby is not ready then you should postpone it for some weeks and then try again. Between the age of two to three years your child should be trained for susu and potty. After three years your child should not wear diapers. Diapers are safe if used properly otherwise it may cause UTI and skin allergy.
