Nervous system reset/The Basic Exercise

A technique that I found on my Polyvagal Theory journey; really useful for bringing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems back into balance so that your body and mind can relax and you can begin to engage with yourself and others in a natural way. It's very simple to do and can be repeated as often as you wish. Added bonus is that your neck feels more free!

The exercise was created by Stanley Rosenberg and is called the "Basic Exercise"
