Hello again! As you can see, we are on a little mountain. In this video I will show you how to skate downhill. I will show you how to skate down and feel safe during braking. We will arrive safely at the bottom. And now it's time to start. Let's begin and have fun!

Most of the ways to brake that are shown here, we have learned already at the "How to brake and stop" tutorial:

Because of that, I won‘t explain every detail for braking. This tutorial will just show you which methods and techniques are best suited to brake and skate downhill. The first and easiest one, I call it the "Multiple Foot Down". For that, we use one of our feet to brake. Our balance is shifted to the foot, we don't use to brake.
