DIY Halloween Witch's Cauldron

Today's DIY is a fun one! It'll be the show stopper for your halloween display and everyone will be asking you what your brewing up this halloween!
This project has a lot of parts but don't feel like you have to do all of them. Here's what you'll need.
For the Cauldron

Black spray paint
black and copper acrylic Paint
Something to make a shallow pool of water
Black garbage bag
Drill

Light up Fire
