IH 500c crawler #11 (Pin & bushing replacement)

New track pins & bushing, we built this press to remove the old and install the new pins and bushings, originally we started with a 20 ton ram but it wasn't enough to do the job so we used a 50 ton (don't try this with anything less than a 50 ton ram). The entire process including removing the grouser's, removing the pins & bushings and reinstalling them all took my sons and I about 16 hours per track. As you can see the pins & bushings were shot but the chain and the undercarrige are in good shape.
