Fallout 76 Ghoul Vats Sneak Build ( Fixer Edition )

This build was put together with the fixer in mind. A MAJOR factor for this build is not swapping weapons so your bullet storm stacks reach its peak and constantly do so.

This was done on my private world.
I wanted to do this video in one segment without any cutting to show that i did not use any buffs like food or chems that would boost my damage. I wanted to show the survivability of the build and what it would do with nothing helping it.

Normally i do use psychobuff, blight soup and company tea.
I will be doing more build videos like this one showing builds not using any buffs so that the numbers do not seem inflated.
