Wilderness, self reliant living includes harvesting and cooking food from the surrounding land, including wild edibles like berries, mushrooms and vegetables grown on the off grid log cabin homestead.
My wife joins me for grass finished beef hamburgers with wild mushrooms, homemade cheese and ratatouille we make with vegetables I grew in the forest garden.
