How-to Tutorial - operating the ultraglide cord/wand mechanism on Hunter Douglas shades and blinds

How to tutorial for the retractable cord or wand "ultraglide" operation on Hunter Douglas blinds and shades.
Ultraglide key points:

- this system operates using two gears - a release gear and a locked / up gear.
- Release Gear - to release you pull the cord towards the middle of the shade. This pull towards the middle releases the up gear and allows your shade to release and free fall.
- Locked / up Gear - to stop the shade from falling, pull the cord straight down. This locks the gear in the up orientation. With this locked in, you continue to pull the cord straight down to raise and position the shade. This is how to fine tune the position of the shade.

Tips:
1. To position the shade, allow the shade to lower beyond your preference point, then raise the shade to your desired location. Up is easier to position and finely tune your shade's position.
2. Hold and operate your Ultraglide cord as close to the headrail as practical. The shorter the pull / length of the cord the easier the shade is to operate and switch gears. (if the gear is not properly switch to the up position the shade will not raise)
