It is August, 1914; Britain and Germany are expected be at war in just a few hours. You are Admiral Ernest Troubridge, commander of the Royal Navy's 1st Cruiser Squadron in the Mediterranean, leading four armoured cruisers (HMS Defense, HMS Warrior, HMS Black Prince, and HMS Duke of Edinburgh).

You suspect that once war has officially been declared you'll be tasked with locating and engaging the two ships of Germany's Mediterranean Squadron (the battlecruiser SMS Goeben and the light cruiser SMS Breslau, commanded by Admiral Wilhelm Souchon).

As the afternoon sun sets on the last day of peace in Europe for the next four years, you receive a report that the Germans have been spotted and set off in pursuit!
