Zinc Phosphate pretreatment and Dip Spin Coated with Magni 554
Our customer manufactured this SEMS Bolt that need to be coated to Caterpillar 1E1675G. SWD uses a Zinc Phosphate pretreatment and then applies a coating of Magni 554.
Key Specifications of Magni 554:
System Type: Two-coat (inorganic basecoat + organic topcoat), chrome-free, zinc/aluminum-rich.
Appearance: Silver/Blue.
Corrosion Resistance: 720-1008 hours (ASTM B117).
Thickness: 13-18 microns.
Coefficient of Friction (COF): 0.11 ± 0.03
Application Method: Dip-spin.
Compliance: RoHS, WEEE, ELV.
Key Approvals/Specs: Caterpillar 1E1675G, FCA PS-11036 (Type 2), 9.57513.
Performance: Superior heat resistance, excellent adhesion, and anti-friction modifiers.
