Pothole causes damage to 100 year old vintage motorcycle

Some damage was sustained by the old 101 year old Enfield Motorcycle that belongs to Colin Myler.
The damage was to the fuel tank, mudguard, chain guard and steering bearings.
Colin was riding the bike at approximately 15 to 20 mph. There was a car infront of him and he did not have enough time to take avoiding action. Also because of the sunken nature of the pothole/ manhole cover it was not easily seen.
