POPULATION GROWTH | EXPONENTIAL GROWTH | LOGISTIC GROWTH
Population ecology is the branch of biology that studies the different pattern of population of species via different parameters. Population growth basically shows two types of pattern, exponential and logistic growth pattern. Exponential growth pattern is present when there is immense resources availability and it tends to produce J shaped curve while the other one that is logistic produce a sigmoidal curve or s shaped curve in which population is limited due to limited resource availability and carrying capacity.
