HORRIBLE DAMAGE from Category 4 Hurricane Ida Houma to Cocodrie, LA
In retrieving the two subsonic probes and the Surginator sensors (two we could not get to) we surveyed some of the tragic damage left behind by category 4 Hurricane Ida from Houma to Cocodrie, LA. It appeared a storm surge ripped across Cocodrie north of the flood gate with northwesterlies in the powerful back eye wall as Ida stalled and made a northward turn. We are returning today to the damage zone with supplies and to retrieve the last two Surginators
