Hot Broccoli Dip Recipe:

1 bunch broccoli
1 red pepper
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pulse broccoli, pepper and onion in a food processor until they are minced fine.
Shred the cheddar cheese.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until blended.
Put in a glass 8x8 baking dish. Bake about 25-35 minutes, until the middle of the dip is bubbly and the top is golden.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, pita bread, veggie sticks, or anything else you want to dip!!
