How to Pick a No Code App Dev Path to Match Short AND Long Term Goals
Are you sure the way in which you’re building your no code app aligns with your long term goals?
...And, are you sure you know what your long term goals are?
For most people, the answer to both of those questions is “no.”
And that’s okay…
When you step into the no code app space, it can sometimes feel like you’re drinking from a firehose when trying to figure out all the next steps you should be taking.
Because of that, however, we often find that entrepreneurs initially take one path with their apps, only to realize it wasn’t the right one once they get to the other side.
For example, even the topic of outsourcing your development versus taking it into your own hands can leave people headed in the wrong direction.
The reality is, most people are thinking short-term when they make this type of decision versus long term.
So, once they get into the “long term” phase, they often have to go back and start over because it doesn’t end up aligning with their goals.
Now, what do I mean when I say “goals?”...
Well, what’s your immediate top priority with the development of your noc ode app?
Is it to…
- Build, launch, and grow it as cheaply as possible?
- Launch and build traction with it as soon as possible?
- Have a really high quality app right out of the gates?
Keep in mind, you can’t have all of those things. So, decide what your top most priority is.
Then, ask yourself what your long term priority is.
Is it to…
- Stick to a shoestring budget for as long as you can?
- Rapidly iterate and grow as soon as users come on board?
- Maintain a high quality app as you continue to grow and scale quickly?
Keep in mind, you can’t have all of these things either.
The truth is, building, launching, and growing an app and business involves doing a bit of a balancing act...
You have to give in some areas to get in others.
The trick is deciding where to give and where to get.
In this video, we’re breaking it down.
Watch now for a deep-dive walkthrough on the different paths you can take with your no code app’s development, plus how to make sure they’re aligned with both your immediate and long term goals (so you don’t find yourself backtracking later).
Check out the video to dive in.
