Joas Miller tells you about their family starting the process of doing some upgrades to their Snowshoe model Meadowlark log home.

First, his brother-in-law Steve uses media blasting to remove all the old stain which was an inferior product, and strips it down to the bare, fresh wood. They lightly sand some of the logs. After it is blasted the house is like new and white and the next step will be to apply the fresh coat of stain.
