Yeah, I did this in one go with no failures. I don't get why people struggle with this level; it's one of the easier levels in this game. (Hell, that guy who did iron man runs of both Hotline Miami 1 and 2 whose channel got unfortunately terminated failed to do this level without getting caught a few times, and I can't understand how you can be so good at Hotline Miami but so bad at this level.) Even if you're going for the letter, it's at the bottom right corner of the first screen in an isolated bathroom, so getting it is also trivially easy.

Shoutouts to the video on YouTube of this individual level with the most views, which recommends you to charge down the corridor of the first screen like an idiot because the video uploader didn't realize you can just grab a keycard and go through the northern part. (The game literally indicates the keycard with a pointer and puts down a checkpoint after you get it!)
