Is the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define Concealer really a dupe for the Tarte Shape Tape? Since this concealer is finally available in Pakistan online and in stores (UPDATE! There is a store in Centaurus Mall Islamabad too now), we can see if this can replace Tarte Shape Tape. But my findings seem to be a little different. What's your take on this?
