Building My Own Home: Episode 54 - Full Wrap Around Porch: Using 5/4 x 6 treated pine.

Now that all of the porch joists are in, it's time to start putting down the porch floor. I am using 5/4 x 6 treated pine for the final floor. To attach the floor I am using screws instead of nails to try and miminize the boards cupping as they age. Doing it by myself and with crooked lumber, and having to clamp them for almost every board, and using screws instead of nails it's a rather slow process. Overall though I am very happy with the results.
