10 Halloween Dare

Keeping in the spirit of Halloween for just a wee bit more – this footage was captured on that scary little holiday about 8 years ago. A small group of teenagers were out doing some late night exploring at a falls in Australia as part of a dare – but what they ended up catching on tape was a little more than they all had bargained for. As they were walking under the clear night sky, they heard a noise. The group all stopped suddenly before one of them became startled – because of this. . . a ghost or, some sort of entity suddenly just appears out of thin air and slowly strolls across the camera. What the heck do you think that could be?

9 Dragon?

Moving things right along – let’s travel from Australia all the way to Pennsylvania in the United States. What you’re about to see, as far as I’m concerned, has got to be one of the coolest sights ever recorded. Check this out. Captured beneath the cloudy sky in a midwestern town – what is that flying through the air? It has wings, but it looks a bit large to be a bird. Could this possible be a dragon? I know, I know it must sound crazy. But my goodness, look at the wings on that thing! And the way that it’s flapping through the air – I’m not sure what else to think.

8 The Thylacine

Let’s keep it moving and get to some video that’s interesting because – well because this video is from all the way back in 1936. Caught at a zoo in Tasmania, this is the last known thylacine known to man. The now extinct animal carried the appearance, and personality of a cross between a tiger and a wolf. This carnivore carried many special characteristics – yet none more unique perhaps than it’s innate ability to open it’s jaws all the way to a 120 degree angle. 120 degrees! Oh what, you don’t think that’s special?! Go ahead, lemme see you give it a whirl. Go ahead, I’ll wait!.... Yeah, not so easy, is it!? Anyway, the thylacine is one of the most beautiful land animals of human time – it’s a shame that a vast majority of people in the world right now never even had a chance to see it.

7 Weird Monkey

This next footage comes from an unknown location. And I’ve got to be honest, the only reason it made the list is because – well, because we can’t figure out what the heck this little guy is. But he’s cute! Or she… anyway check it out – this hairless mammal appears to be a monkey – or a lemur – or some are even saying it’s some kind of alien species. Check out the super long, skinny arms and super long tail. I must say, even though I’m not really sure what I’m looking at – wait, is that – no, doesn’t that look like it could be related to Gollum? You know, from Lord of the Rings?
