INGREDIENTS:
1 yellow onion diced
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Flax Mix-1 tablespoon ground flax seed, 2 tablespoons warm water
1 cup cooked green lentils
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt and pepper each
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Marinara sauce and fresh basil for serving
