Edit 2022: In this time of crisis it helps to have a better understanding of power within a home and its resultant effect on the national grid, especially if there are possible power shortages. After watching this it actually changed my breakfast behaviour and I started boiling the kettle for my cuppa and putting the toaster on as two separate sequential steps rather than both at the same time to reduce the breakfast time hit on the grid.
