Iraq Jewish Community
Throughout the years of Saddam's rule one mystery for many people in the West was what had happened to Iraq's Jews. Once a flourishing community, with a history stretching back 2500 years, they now number no more than a few dozen. Saddam Hussein had always considered Israel to be enemy number one but during his last years Iraq's jews were left largely unmolested. Inigo Gilmore has been on a journey with one of the last Iraqi Jewish families: from Baghad to Israel he has followed the fate of Levy family.
