In this 3DS modding video, Teedle takes you through the process of creating a homebrew app on the 3DS for the first time. This 3DS homebrew tutorial also showcases the app I created at the very end. Running Luma3ds on your modded 3DS allows you to install different homebrew apps like hShop, FBI, hshop, and the app I created!
