PS2 Config Screen - Soothing Visuals and Audio

This is what the PS2 config screen background looks like without any of the menus active. PS2 users can choose to simply look at the clock and listen to the white noise without the annoying menus by pressing the [ ] button. This has been uploaded for those who like to relax to this.
