This Guided, 45-Minute, Inner Child Healing Meditation was created to help process and heal childhood trauma that manifests later in life as limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and fear.
No matter what you're mental and emotional block you're struggling with right now, it didn't pop up by accident. Our blocks (ex: low self-esteem) were not always there. They were created through the societal messages and influence that we received in our past.
This inner child healing meditation was created to help get to the root cause of your blocks, as well as help you process, heal, and release the hold that those past memories and opinions have over you.
In this guided meditation, you'll meet your past self and give them the support and nurturing that you so deeply needed as a child.
This meditation was also created with 528 Hz music. The 528 Hz frequency is called the "Love Frequency," "Miracle Tone," and "Frequency of Transformation."
This frequency is perfect for inner child healing as it's known for reducing the stress hormone cortisol, bringing about transformation and miracles into our lives, healing the heart chakra (creating feelings of love, compassion, joy, understanding, and forgiveness), and balancing the solar plexus chakra (creating more self-confidence and self-esteem).
