Ever heard of Brows By G? It's a PMU center in Winnipeg, Canada, leading in the nation. The woman behind the brand is Giovanna Minenna, who dropped out of college to get into makeup. The desire to always give her clients the best solutions led her to find microblading, which she started doing on a $75 chair in her condo. Those days are now long gone, as Brows By G is now a million dollar company. Giovanna wears her CEO hat as head of Brows By G, which has 2 locations in Winnipeg and 25 employees and is also founder of Brow Luxe, a makeup line.
