Plum Cake/Christmas Cake Recipe (1/2 Kg Cake)

Ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour: 100 grams
Butter: 100 grams
Eggs: 2
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 pinch
Sugar: 100 grams
Dates: 1/4 cup
Cherries: 1/4 cup
Tutti Frutti: 1/4 cup
Raisins (Kismiss): 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts: 2 tablespoons
Almonds (Badam): 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves: 1/4 teaspoon
Orange Juice: 1/2 cup
Caramelized Sugar: 1/4 cup
Hot Water: 1/2 cup

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare a 7-inch cake tin by greasing it.
Sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
Stir in the chopped dates, cherries, tutti frutti, raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, cinnamon powder, and cloves.
Mix in the orange juice, caramelized sugar, and hot water until well incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
