In this video, I talk about why teenage relationships don't last such as not knowing yourself, having an unhealthy view of relationships and settling for less.

Putting yourself and your mental health first is important so you don't rely on another person to make you feel whole because they'll always let you down. Social media, lack of education on healthy relationships and teenage stresses cause a lot of us to fall into toxic relationships or unhealthy concepts of what a good relationship should be.

Teenage relationships CAN last these things are in check.
