Examining the footage, a body language expert told Newsweek that "Trump makes no attempt to exercise his standard “yank-shake”, where he pulls the other person off balance and therefore comes across as more powerful and resolute." The expert added that “Trump likes to think of himself as the past master of power-play, but in Xi he’s appeared to have found his match.”
