How to change toner of Canon ImageRUNNER C5535i/C5540i/C5550i/C5560i printers

Steps to change the toner :

1. First, turn on the printer.
2. On the display panel, go to Settings/Registration (star button), then select Adjustment/Maintenance, followed by Maintenance, and finally choose Replace Specified Toner.
3. When the display prompts you, open the front toner access panel.
4. Select the Replacement Needed option, then from the drop-down list, choose Replacement Not Needed.
5. If you need to replace all four colors, select 4 Color on the screen.
Or, if you only want to replace one color, choose that specific color.
6. Press Yes. The machine will open the correct toner slot for you.
7. Now, simply remove the empty cartridge and insert the new one, pushing it in until it clicks.
8. Finally, close the front panel, and you’re all set! The machine will be ready to print with your new toner.
