Cheese Stuffed Fluffy Fried BUN Recipe for Breakfast 😍

Welcome to a quick and delicious recipe perfect for weekend breakfast: PİŞİ - Cheese Stuffed Fluffy Fried BUN! This recipe brings together melty cheese, spring onions, and fluffy bread for a perfect morning treat. Let's cook up some cheesy goodness!

PİŞİ

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of flour
- 360 ml of water
- 1 heaping teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fast-acting yeast or instant yeast
- 7 slices of burger cheese
- 1 bunch of fresh green onions
- 1 teaspoon of sumac

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of flour, 360 ml of water, 1 heaping teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of fast-acting yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Knead the mixture thoroughly. If you don't have fast-acting yeast, you can use 1 packet of instant yeast.
2. Grease the surface of the dough and let it rise for 20 minutes. If you're using instant yeast, let it rise for 45-50 minutes.
3. For the filling, finely chop 1 bunch of fresh green onions, add a pinch of salt, and mix well. Finally, add 7 slices of diced burger cheese and 1 tablespoon of sumac, and stir until combined.
4. Grease two sticks and roll the dough into a ball around them.
5. If you don't have sticks, grease your hands and divide the dough into equal portions. Flatten each portion in your palm, place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center, and seal the edges securely.
6. Fry the prepared dough in preheated cooking oil until golden brown.
7. Enjoy your crispy pastries with a soft and gooey filling!
