2021 Sea-Doo FishPro * IDF Disaster *

My maiden voyage on the my brand new 21' FishPro went very bad. The next month went even worse.

Check out the video for full details, very quick synopsis:
1st time ski was ever on water.
Ski made it less than 5 miles.
Ski stranded me for over 4 hours in ~40 degree weather.
Ski is not fixed 1 month later.

3/23 Just had an offer from the GM up at the dealership that I had bought it from. He offered to pay me full price of everything back ... What should we do? I mean, I was committed to having a really good fishing season this year, as well as fun with the fam on the unit. He also confirmed that Sea-Doo new about this issue on the initial units - and only posted a service notice at a later point. I am still thinking of going after Sea-Doo with an attorney as to not directly affect the dealer, as they are just the middleman here.
